The Ordering Party Excludes From The Subject Of The Order The Items Of Medical Equipment Specified In The Sentence Below. The Following Items Are Deleted From The Bill Of Quantities For The Construction Industry: 147, 153, 191, 192, 194, 195, 196, 197, 198, 199, 200, 201, 202, 203, 204, 206, 207, 208. These Items Are Not Subject To Valuation Or The Obligation To Deliver Them. The Contractor Is Obliged, After Prior Notice, To Provide The Ordering Party With The Technical Devices Resulting From The Disassembly: A Vacuum Unit And An Air Compressor Along With The Dismantled Medical Gas Installation Immediately After Their Disassembly, In A Way That Ensures Their Further Use After Reassembly. After Receiving The Notification From The Contractor, The Ordering Party Will Indicate Storage Place.2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Subject Of The Order Constitutes Integral And Inseparable Construction Tasks That Cannot Be Divided Into Parts.3. The Contract Was Described With The Following Code From The Cpv Common Procurement Vocabulary: 45215140-0 Construction Works For Hospital Facilities 45215142-4 Construction Works For Intensive Care Units4. Local Visition: The Ordering Party Envisages Carrying Out An On-Site Inspection. The Presence Of Contractors At The Visit Is Obligatory, Under Pain Of Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18) Of The Public Procurement Law. Interested Contractors Are Obliged To Report To The Site Visit And Agree On Its Date. The On-Site Visit May Be Carried Out No Later Than April 10, 2026. An On-Site Visit Carried Out After This Date Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Request Explanations Under Art. 284. Contractors Who Completed An On-Site Inspection In The Previously Canceled Procedure For Reconstruction Of Hospital Premises To Create An Intensive Care Unit Case Number 1/Log/2026 And Have Relevant Evidence In This Regard Are Exempt From The Need To Participate In The On-Site Inspection In The Current Procedure. To Confirm The On-Site Visit, They May Submit Certificates Previously Obtained As A Result Of The On-Site Visit.
