The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Construction Of A Civil Protection And Civil Defense Warehouse, Located On Plot No. 209, District 4 Iłowo-Osada, Iłowo-Osada Commune, Działdowo Poviat, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. The Task Will Be Carried Out On A Lump Sum Basis And Includes In Particular The Following Scope: • Construction Of A Building For A Civil Protection And Civil Defense Warehouse, • Construction Of The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, • Construction Of An Electrical Installation With An Energy Connection, • Hardening Of The Area With Concrete Cubes, • Construction Of Access Roads To The Facility, • Development Of The Area To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Facility, • Construction And Installation Of A Commemorative And Information Board. Selection Of The Colors Of The Facade And Window And Door Joinery Requires The Acceptance Of The Ordering Party Each Time And Will Be Made At The Stage Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order. The Lump-Sum Remuneration Also Includes All Preparatory And Cleaning Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Task, Including In Particular: Cleaning The Construction Site, Removal Of Residues And Waste Generated During The Execution Of The Works And Their Management And Disposal In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Detail In The Design Documentation For The Construction Notification, I.E. Annex No. 10 To The Swz Documentation: Blind/Offer Cost Estimate, Bill Of Quantities, Construction Design, Land Development Design.
