The Aim Of The Project Is To Develop And Improve The Quality Of Road Infrastructure By Designing The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Road In Such A Way That Every Road User Can Use It Safely And Comfortably. The Scope Of Road Infrastructure Includes: Roads, Pedestrian Paths And Bicycle Paths Or Paths For Pedestrians And Bicycles, Squares And Parking Spaces, Exits And Accesses To Properties, Greenery, Small Architecture (Benches, Waste Bins And Dog Packs) And Solutions For Managing Rainwater And Snowmelt Water, As Well As Lighting. The Subject Of The Order Includes: Basic Scope - Preparation Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With Obtaining The Formal And Legal Document Necessary To Perform The Investment Task: Reconstruction And Expansion Of Ul. Derogations, Decision On Environmental Conditions), B) Detailed Design, C) Bill Of Quantities, 4) Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 5) Preparation Of An Investors Cost Estimate, 6) Preparation Of A Greenery Design Including Planting Greenery And Care Recommendations For The Existing And Planned Greenery,7) Preparation Of Geological And Engineering Documentation Or Geotechnical Conditions For The Foundation Of Buildings,8) Preparation Of A Schedule For The Execution Of Works Specified In The Table Of Settlement Elements,9) Preparation Of A Design For Permanent Traffic Organization. The Scope Covered By The Option Law - Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works - Carried Out On The Basis Of Design Documentation. The Contractor Will Exercise Authors Supervision Within The Scope Specified In Art. 20 Section 1 Point 4 Of The Construction Law For A Period Of Up To 30 Months, But Not Shorter Than The Date Of Final Acceptance Of Construction Works, Carried Out On The Basis Of The Completed Design Documentation.
