The Subscription Includes In Particular: The Right To Use The Vmware Vsphere Foundation (Vvf) Software For The Duration Of The Subscription; Access To Corrections And Updates Of The Software Covered By The Subscription, Including New Versions (Upgrades), Previous Versions (Downgrades), New Releases, Supplements And Programming Corrections (Patches), Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As Updates; Technical Support From The Manufacturer Vmware (Hereinafter Referred To As Technical Support).2.
