Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of Natural Gas For Zgo Aquarium Sp. Z O.O

1) The Subject Of This Order Is The Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas (E) To The Ordering Partys Facility: Aquarium Centrum Fit Rawa (Address: Ul. Katowicka 20, 96-200 Rawa Mazowiecka) In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43, As Amended), Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis, The Civil Code And Annex No. 1 To Swz.2) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure Quality Standards Of The Ordering Partys Service In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of Energy Law. It Should Ensure 24-Hour Continuity Of Supplies Without Any Interruptions In Supplies, Except For Situations Described In The Energy Law, Iriesd, Tariff, And Have A Reserve Guaranteeing Continuity Of Supplies. 3) The Ownership Of The Gas Fuel Is Transferred To The Ordering Party After Measurement At The Outlet Of The Gas Meter. 4) The Ordering Party Declares That: A) Until December 31, 2026, It Has Concluded A Contract For The Comprehensive Supply Of Gas And The Provision Of Distribution Services With Pgnig Obrót Detaliczny Sp. Z O. O. Based In Warsaw; B) Natural Gas Is Supplied Via The Distribution Network Belonging To The Distribution System Operator - Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. Z O. O., Warsaw Tariff Area;C) Will Provide The Contractor Selected As A Result Of The Procedure With Data On Ppg In The Form Of An Ms Excel File;5) The Estimated Demand For Natural Gas For The Ordering Partys Facility In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 Is 1,059,234 Kwh (92,107 M3), At The Nominal Heat Of Combustion 41.4 Mj/M3 And Conversion Factor K = 11,500 - Annex No. 1.6) The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Reduce/Increase The Scope Of The Order By 40% In Relation To The Quantities Indicated In The Offer Form. The Amount Of Natural Gas Purchased During The Term Of The Contract Will Not Be Less Than 635,540.40 Kwh.7) The Demand For Gas Fuel Was Assumed Based On The Historical Consumption Of Gas Fuel And May Differ From The Actual Use Of Gas Fuel, Because It Is Impossible To Determine In Advance The Amount Of Gas Fuel That Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party. 8) The Estimated Demand For Gas Fuel Is Indicative Only, Used To Compare Offers And Under No Circumstances Constitutes An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Gas In The Given Quantity. The Amount Of Gas Fuel Collected By The Ordering Party Will Be Determined Based On Direct Readings Of The Measurement And Billing System.9) The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For Failure To Collect The Estimated Amount Of Gas Fuel By The Ordering Party.10) The Supplier Is Obliged To Have An Agreement Concluded With The Distribution System Operator (Dso) Competent For The Ordering Partys Facility, For The Provision Of Natural Gas Distribution Services, No Later Than On The Date Of Concluding The Contract Regarding The Order In Question And For A Period Not Shorter Than December 31, 202
