It Is Recommended That The Reflective Foil Used On The Faces Of Signs Be Type 2.3. The Contractor Introducing Traffic Organization Will Notify In Writing The Starosta Of Kielce (Form Kt-42/2) - An Annex To The Contract, Road Managers And The Relevant Police Commander About The Date Of Implementation, At Least 7 Days Before The Date Of Introducing Traffic Organization. Notifications Should Be Made Separately For Each Task And A Positive Result (Report) From The Inspection Carried Out By The Kielce Starosta Confirming That There Were No Objections To The Introduced Traffic Organization. 4. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Compliance With Health And Safety Rules And The Appropriate Selection Of Employees. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure Road Traffic Safety, Including Marking And Securing The Road Area For The Duration Of The Works. The Detailed Scope Of The Task Has Been Specified In The Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, And Detailed Technical Specification.
