The Products Subject To The Order Are Brand New, I.E. Unused, Have Intact Features Of The Original Packaging. Grade I, Are Intended For Contact With Food And Meet All Specified Requirements. Applicable Provisions Of The Standard, In Particular In Terms Of The Requirements That Must Be Met By Materials And Products Intended For Contact With Food, Specified In The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations To This Act. The Quality Parameters Result From The Production Technology Currently Operating At The Ordering Partys Zdrojowa Production Plant And Take Into Account The Technological Assumptions Of The New Buskowianka - Zdrój Water Plant. The Indicated Quantities Should Be Treated As Estimated Demand.
