The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Of A Forest Road - Fire Access Road No. 24 And Wood Depots In The Drzonowo And Nosibądy Forestry, Stage Ii Together With Obtaining The Final Decision On The Use Permit, Based On The Decision On The Construction Permit. A Construction Design Was Prepared For The Construction Of The Forest Road, Which Was Prepared By The Starosta Of Szczecinek By Decision No. 38/2025 On February 28, 2025. Approved And Granted The Building Permit. By Decision No. 29/2026 Of February 12, 2026, The Starosta Of Szczecinek Changed Decision No. 38/2025 Of February 28, 2025 And Approved The Draft Changes. The Scope Of The Investment Task Includes In Particular: • Surveying Works Necessary During Construction And After Completion Of The Works; E.G.: Geodetic Marking Of The Road Route Along With Slopes And Ditches, As-Built Geodetic Documentation; • Removal Of A Layer Of Fertile Soil; • Removal Of Stumpwood After Felling Of Trees By The Investor; • Earthworks: Excavations And Embankments; • Profiling And Compaction Of The Subsoil; • Execution Of Foundation Layers; • Construction Of A Road Surface From Openwork Reinforced Concrete Slabs Jomb, Including Filling The Holes In The Slabs;• Construction Of The Roadway From A Mixture Of Unbound (Crushed) Aggregate;• Filling The Space Between The Slabs;• Construction Of Roadsides From Mechanically Stabilized Aggregate 0/31.5;• Adjustment And Maintenance Of Ditches;• Renovation Of Culverts;• Construction Of Crossings From Mechanically Stabilized Aggregate 0/31.5;• Construction Of Exits From Mechanically Stabilized Aggregate 0/31.5;• Construction Of Logging Yards From Mechanically Stabilized Aggregate 0/31.5; Technical Parameters Of The Road Sections Planned For Hardening:• Length Of The Section Covered By The Study: 2,503.4 M.• Basic Width Of The Road: 3.50 M With Widenings On The Curves;• Roadside Width: Standard: 0.75 M (Locally 0.50 M); • Roadway With A Solid And Trace Surface Made Of Jomb Boards With Dimensions Of 100 X 75 X 12.5 Cm, On A Sand Ballast, Thickness. 3 Cm;•Roadway Partially With An Aggregate Surface;•Width Of Filling Between The Slabs In A Trace Arrangement: 1.00 M;•Transverse Slopes For Surfaces Made Of Jomb Slabs And Aggregates: 3.0%;•Transverse Slopes For Roadsides: 8.0%;•Slope Of Slopes And Counterslopes: Max. 1:1.25;•The Filling Of The Space Between The Paved Strips In A Trace Pattern, After Compaction, Must Protrude As Little As Possible Above The Slabs (Rainwater Cannot Accumulate There);•Longitudinal Slopes Of The Surface Adapted To Local Terrain Conditions;•Design Speed Of 30 Km/H;•Average Traffic Load Below 20 Trucks Per Day;•Permissible Load Of 10 Tons/Axle;Passing Zones Adapted To The Possibility Of Passing Each Other Two Transport Sets - In Accordance With The Investors Guidelines; The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Including: A) Design Documentation - Annex No. 2; B) Technical Specification For The Execution And Accept
