1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Laundry Services For The Municipal Hospital In Ruda Śląska Sp. Z O. O. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of The Provision Of Services Is Specified In Annex No. 1 And 2 To The Swz/Agreement And In Annex No. 9 To The Swz.2. Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Requires That Persons Performing Activities Directly Related To The Provision Of Laundry Services Be Employed Under An Employment Contract.3. The Requirements Regarding The Method Of Documenting The Employment Of A Person Under An Employment Contract, The Ordering Partys Control Rights And Sanctions For Failure To Meet The Requirements Referred To In Point 2 Above, Have Been Specified In Detail In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Procurement Contract (Annex No. 9 To The Swz).4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Apply For The Contract Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law.
