Targowa, - Grubno Military Complex, - Chełmno Military Complex, Al. 3-Go Maja 2-4.►The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is: The Performance Of The Service Includes Service Maintenance Of Air Conditioning And Ventilation Devices, In Quantities, Frequency And For The Devices Covered By The Subject Of The Order And In The Scope Of: 1) Maintenance Works: • Maintaining The Devices In Full Technical Efficiency, Ensuring Their Safe Operation And Preventing Premature Wear Of The Devices By Performing Activities Required In The Technical And Operational Documentation, Service Instructions Of Device Manufacturers And Warranty Conditions, Depending On The Type Of Devices Installed In The Facility With The Frequency Specified In Annex No. 1 To Swz.• In The Case Of On/Office Devices, Checking The Operating Pressure In Cooling Mode, And In The Case Of Inverter Devices, Only Checking The Tightness Of The Refrigeration System,• Washing And Cleaning The Filter Of The Internal Unit, And If Necessary, Replacing The Filter With A New One,• Cleaning The Coil In The External And Internal Device,• Cleaning And Descaling Humidifier Tanks And Electrodes, And, If Necessary, Replacing Them With New Ones,• Cleaning The Evaporator And Condenser,• Washing Internal (Including Disinfection) And External Devices, • Checking The Correct Operation Of The Device, • Setting Appropriate Ventilation Air Parameters, • Operating And Necessary Adjustments Of The Entire Electrical And Electronic Installation Controlling The Operation Of The Devices, Checking Short-Circuit And Overload Protection And Intermediate Elements Of The Electrical Equipment, • Checking The Patency, Cleaning And Disinfection Of The Condensate Drainage System, • Constant Supervision Over The Correct Operation Of The Device, • Checking The Condition Of The Bearings Of Evaporator And Condenser Fans, • Checking The Electrical Protection Of Air Conditioners And Air Handling Units,• Checking The Stability Of The Mounting Of The Indoor And Outdoor Units,• In Air Handling Units: - Checking The Condition And Tension Of V-Belts, - Checking The Condition Of The Fan Bearings, - Cleaning The Fan Block, With Particular Emphasis On The Fan Rotor, - A
