Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Complex Of Residential Buildings With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Land Development In Brodnica

1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Prepare A Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract For Construction Works - In Accordance With Art. 99 - 103 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320, As Amended) - In The Form Of Full Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Along With Obtaining A Building Permit Decision And Providing Authors Supervision For The Implementation Of The Task: Construction Of A Complex Of Multi-Family Residential Buildings With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Land Development In The Town Brodnicabefore Commencing The Design, The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop A Design Concept Within 15 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Submit Comments On The Developed Design Concept. Only After Making Any Corrections And Obtaining The Ordering Partys Approval, The Contractor Can Start Designing. The Investment Is Planned To Be Implemented Using Funds From, Among Others: The Government Program For Non-Refundable Financial Support For Construction From The Subsidy Fund Of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (Bgk), The Social Support Program For Rented Construction (Sbc). The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into The Basic Order And The Option Right. 2. Due To The Possibility Of Co-Financing The Subject Of The Order From External Sources, The Ordering Party, When Implementing The Subject Of The Order, Envisages The Use Of The Option Right In Addition To The Basic Order, In Accordance With The Possibility Resulting From The Content Of Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law. In Connection With The Above: 2.1. The Basic Subject Of The Order Will Include: 1) Construction Design: Architectural And Construction Design, Land Development Design, Annexes To The Architectural And Construction Design, Necessary Documents, Arrangements And Decisions Required To Obtain A Building Permit Decision, Obtaining A Valid Building Permit Decision, 2) Investors Cost Estimate, 3) Preparation Of An Application For Obtaining A Building Permit Decision Along With A Declaration Of The Right To Use The Property For Construction Purposes. From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To August 31 2026 R2.2. The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of Option Rights Will Include: 1) Multi-Discipline Technical Designs, 2) Multi-Discipline Executive Designs Together With Other Required Studies, 3) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, 4) Bills Of Quantities, 5) Other Studies, 6) Performing Authors Supervision (For The Duration Of The Public Procurement Procedure For The Selection Of A Contractor For Construction Works In Terms Of Answering Questions Regarding The Public Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And During The Implementation Construction Works).2.3.
