If The Contractor, Before Concluding The Contract, Designates Subcontractors Who, As Part Of The Implementation Of Their Part, Will Perform The Activities Referred To In Point 5.6, The Contractor Submits To The Ordering Party A Declaration (In The Form Of A Separate Document Or Directly In The Subcontractor Agreement) From The Indicated Subcontractors That The Activities Referred To In Point 5.6 Will Be Performed By Persons Employed By The Subcontractors Under An Employment Contract. If The Contractor Indicates, Before Concluding The Contract, The Part Of The Order That Will Be Entrusted For Implementation Under Subcontracting, Then No Later Than On The Date Of Concluding The Subcontract, The Contractor Shall Submit To The Ordering Party A Declaration (In The Form Of A Separate Document Or Directly In The Subcontract) From The Subcontractor That, As Part Of The Implementation Of Its Part, The Activities Referred To In Point 5.6 Will Be Performed By Persons Employed By The Subcontractor Based On An Employment Contract. 5.8 The Ordering Party Has The Right To Perform Inspection Activities Towards The Contractor Regarding The Fulfillment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of The Requirement To Employ Persons Performing The Activities Specified In Point
