Tenders Are Invited For Implementation Of Workshops And Training Based On The Concept Of The Educational Program In Connection With The Implementation Of The Łódź Schools For Climate Project. Competencies Of The Future 2.0

(Numbering In Accordance With Swz)5.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Workshops And Training For Teachers And Students Of 123 School Institutions On The Basis Of The Concept Of The Program For The Educational Part Of The Project Łódź Schools For Climate. Competencies Of The Future 2.0, Hereinafter Referred To As The Concept, Developed By Ode Sources. The Contractors Task Will Be To Carry Out And Execute The Following Activities Resulting From The Concept And Schedule: 1) Preparation And Initiation Of Project Activities, Including The Appointment Of A Project Team, Participation In Training Of Eco-Educators Provided/Employed By The Contractor, Creation Of A Database Of Teachers Contacts, Creation Of A Website, Consultation Of The Program With Participants/Teachers; 2) Organizing And Conducting A Series Of Training Courses For Teachers (250 People) In Accordance With The Concept. The Training Will Take Place According To The Schedule In 10 Training Groups Of Approx. 10-25 People Each. A Total Of 50 Training Sessions Will Be Conducted, Each Lasting Five Teaching Hours. Each Training Will Be Conducted By Two Eco-Educators/Trainers Prepared And Trained By Ode Source And Provided/Employed By The Contractor.3) Organization And Supervision Of Introductory Lessons Conducted By Teachers And Recruitment Of Students For Experiments - Participation In Trainings, Workshops And Eco-Challenges.4) Organization And Implementation Of Workshops For Students - Students From 123 Schools Will Take Part In A Series Of Four Workshops Conducted By The Contractor From November 2026 To June 2027. The Contractor Makes Individual Arrangements With Each School For Four Classes At Intervals Of About A Month. A Total Of 492 Workshops Will Be Conducted, Each Lasting Four Teaching Hours. Workshops For Students Will Be Conducted By An Ecological Education Educator Trained By Ode Source And Provided/Employed By The Contractor. 5) Supervision And Coordination Of School Climate Actions - Organization Of Meetings Aimed At Enabling Students To Work On The Preparation Of A School Climate Action, Which Should Be Carried Out Between March And The End Of May 2027 In Schools Or Among The Local Community. Program Management Method - Defining The Roles And Functions Assigned To The Contractor, The Author Of The Program Concept And The Ordering Party/City: A) The Originator And Author Of The Concept/Program Is The Źródła Ecological Activities Center. B) The Ordering Party And The Coordinator Of The Program Is The City Of Łódź (Department For Education And Ecological Promotion Of The Department Of Environmental Management - Department Of Ecology And Climate Of The City Of Łódź Office).C) The Authors Substantive And Methodological Supervision Over The Educational Part Of The Project Implemented By The Contractor Is Carried Out By The Ecological Activities Center Źródła.D) The Coordinator Of Educational Activities Will Be Appointed By The Contractor Selected Through The Tender.E)
