Task 1 - Maintenance Of Extensive Green Areas In The City In 2026: Carrying Out Comprehensive Works Related To The Ongoing Maintenance Of Selected Green Areas Of The Piła Commune Serviced Extensively. These Works Include: Maintaining Lawn Areas, Bush Clusters, Cutting Hedges, Weeding, Spraying Ground And Paved Paths, Etc.1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Only Equipment That Will Not Adversely Affect The Quality Of The Works Performed And Will Ensure Proper Performance Of The Works, I.E. The Quality And Timeliness Of The Service, I.E.: - Rotavator For Soil Cultivation - Minimum 1 Pc. - Vehicle With A Maximum Total Weight Not Exceeding 3.5 T, Enabling Safe Movement Of The Loaded Vehicle On Pedestrian Routes Not Adapted For Road Traffic - Minimum 1 Pc. - Lawn Mowers - Minimum 2 Pcs. - Sprayer (For Spraying Plant Protection Products) – Minimum 1 Piece.- Hedge Trimmers – Minimum 2 Battery Pieces.2. The Contractor As A Waste Producer Within The Meaning Of Art. 3 Section 1 Point 32 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012. On Waste Is Obliged To Manage Waste Generated During The Implementation Of The Task In Accordance With The Waste Act And The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities And Resolution No. Xxxiv/346/20 Of The Piła City Council Of November 24, 2020 On The Adoption Of The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The City Of Piła.3. During The Implementation Of The Task, The Contractor Will Have The Rights To Perform Specific Activities Or Activities, If The Law Imposes An Obligation To Have Them. During The Implementation Of The Above Task, The Contractor Must Be In The Register Of Waste Management Entities (Bdo), In Accordance With Art. 50 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Waste Act.4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Refrain From Using Combustion Or Electric Leaf Blowers, In Accordance With The Air Protection Program For The Greater Poland Zone Adopted By The Parliament Of The Greater Poland Voivodeship (Resolution No. Xxi/391/20 Of July 13, 2020).5. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code.6. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Implementation And Enforcement Of The Employment Requirement Based On An Employment Relationship Are Specified In The Draft Agreement (Annex No. 3.1 To The Swz).7. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Annexes To The Contract.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Submission Of The Said Evidence.9. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Have A Person With Valid Licenses To Perform Spraying, As Well As Keep Documentation Regarding The Treatments Carried Out During The Implementation Of The Task - In Accordance With Art. 67(1) Of Regulation (Ec) No. 1107/2009 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council
