The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Left Guardhouse As Part Of The Task Entitled: Restoration Of The Left Guardhouse That Is Part Of The Palace And Park Complex In Szczekociny.2. The Project Is Implemented In Partnership With The Most The Most Foundation.3. Description Of The Existing State:1) The Guardhouse Is Part Of The Palace And Park Complex In Szczekociny, Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Under No. A/231.2) The Residential Complex Of The Palace Was Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Under No. A/231 Kept By The Silesian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Katowice. It Is A Traditional Brick Structure, Built In 1770. It Is Subject To Conservation Protection Regulated, Among Others, In The Act Of July 23, 2003 On The Protection And Care Of Monuments (Journal Of Laws 162, Item 1568, As Amended).3) The Left Guardhouse Is Built Into The Fence Line On The Left Side Of The Main Building. The Guardhouse Building Is One-Story Brick, Without A Basement, With An Attic Covering The Roof Truss. Access To The Area Attic Via An Attached Ladder From The Sanitary Facility On The First Floor.4) The Building Is Currently Out Of Use.4. Scope Of Documentation:1) The Scope Of Documentation Will Include, Among Others: The Following Works: A) Reconstruction Of The Building With A Change Of Use, B) Roof Covering With Flashings, Gutters, Installation Of Roof Equipment, C) Repair Of Cracks In The External Walls, D) Drying And Disinfection, E) Insulation Of The Foundation Walls, F) Drainage, G) Installation Of A Lightning Protection System, H) Installation Of Window And Door Joinery, I) Replacement Of The Ceiling Above The Ground Floor, J) Replacement Of The Ceiling Above First Floor. Execution Of The Above-Mentioned Work Is Necessary To Stop The Process Of Destruction, Eliminate Confirmed Safety Threats And Preserve The Value Of The Historic Building.2) The Subject Of The Order Is To Develop Documentation For Changing The Use Of The Left Guardhouse Building, Allowing For The Implementation Of Permanent Functions Of The Facility Described In The Annex To This Swz.3) The Construction Expertise Is An Annex To This Swz.4) The Design Documentation Should Be Prepared In Such A Way That The Adopted Design Solutions Do Not Impede Fair Competition When Describing The Subject Of The Contract In The Contracting Procedure Works Performed On The Basis Of The Above-Mentioned Documentation, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 99-103 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law.5) The Contractor Will Transfer To The Ordering Party The Proprietary Copyrights In All Known Fields Of Exploitation Related To The Construction And Promotion Of The Project That Is The Subject Of The Order, As Well As The Right To Authorize The Exercise Of Derivative Copyrights.
