Tenders Are Invited For D/04/2026 Purchase And Delivery Of Household Appliances For The Needs Of The Faculty Of Medicine Of The University Of Opole.

1. Part No. 1 - Purchase And Delivery Of Refrigerators And Freezers - 2 Pcs.2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Relation To Part No. 1 Is Attached As Annex No. 1.1 To Swz.3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party At The Contractors Risk And Within The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Due To The Contractor.4. As Part Of The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Due To The Contractor, The Contractor Is Obliged To Properly Perform The Subject Of The Order, Including: To Deliver And Bring The Complete Subject Of The Order (With The Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Annex No. 1.1, To The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party Within The Time Specified In The Contractors Offer, I.E. The Offer Form In Item: Date Of Completion Of The Subject Of The Order. If Additional Materials, Assembly, Connection, Commissioning And Operation Control Are Required For The Delivered Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Them Assurance As Part Of The Remuneration Specified In The Offer.5. The Contractor Must Offer The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Tor And The Annexes And Cover The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Order With The Offer.6. The Subject Of The Order Must Comply With The Relevant Standards And Have The Required Marketing Authorizations And Certificates (Including Ce Standards In Terms Of Safety). Distribution, Efficient, Complete (In Particular With All Components, Parts, Materials) And In Accordance With Opz.7. Warranty: The Contractor Provides A 24-Month Warranty For The Subject Of The Order. The Warranty Period Indicated In The Previous Sentence Is The Minimum Period. The Contractor May Include A Longer Warranty Period For The Offered Subject Of The Order, But Not Longer Than 60 Months Point 19.2.3 Of The Swz Applies. 9. The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Contract Is 28 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Contract Specified In The Previous Sentence Is Applicable.
