The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation For An Investment Project Consisting In The Construction Of A Water Supply Network With A Length Of Approximately 670 Meters, Along With Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of Construction Works. An Illustrative Map With The Proposed Scope Is Attached. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Development Of Design Documentation, Including: A. Land Development Design, B. Technical Design, C. Possible Industry Designs, D. In Accordance With Applicable Law And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge. B) Designing A Water Supply Network With A Length Of Approx. 670 Meters: A. Selection Of Pipe Diameters In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Technical Conditions, B. Location And Selection Of Fire Hydrants In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. C) Designing A Passage Under A Provincial Road, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Road Manager (E.G. Directional Drilling Or Jacking Technology). D) Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And Opinions, Including: A. Arrangements With Private Property Owners, B. Arrangements With The National Center For Agricultural Support (Kowr), C. Arrangements With The Provincial Road Manager, D. Industry Arrangements (Including Coordination Of The Network Location). E) Obtaining Consents To Use Real Estate For Construction Purposes To The Extent Necessary To Implement The Investment. F) Preparing And Submitting An Application For: A. A Building Permit Or B. Reporting Construction Works To The Appropriate District Office. G) Obtaining The Required Administrative Decisions, Arrangements And Opinions Enabling The Implementation Of The Investment. H) Preparation Of Cost Estimate Documentation, Including: A. Bill Of Quantities, B. Investors Cost Estimate, C. Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior). I) Submitting Documentation In The Form Of: A. Paper (Min. 4 Copies), B. Electronic (Pdf + Editable Version). 3. Implementation Requirements. The Documentation Must Be Complete And Enable The Implementation Of Construction Works Without The Need For Additional Studies. B. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account All Applicable Legal Provisions, Including Technical, Construction And Fire Safety Regulations. C.
