Expression of Interest for Green Building Certification Consultancy Service The purpose of this consulting service is to hire a specialized LEED certification consultancy service company for the new constructed public buildings, industrial plants, logistics warehouses, customs inspection warehouses in this project, to undertake the following task: LEED BD+C Gold and Platinum certification consultancy service. The detailed standards for green building mentioned in the certification objectives are as follows: LEED BD+CLEED v4/4.1 Building Design and Construction. The consulting company must have a silver or higher Membership of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) .In the past 5 yearsfrom January 1st , 2020 to present) The consulting company should have at least 3 successful LEED-Gold level or above certification consultancy project experiences for logistic warehouse campus greater than 50,000 square meters since January 1, 2020. (Need to provide essential pages of contract and electronic LEED certificate of the project)The consulting company should have at least one successful LEED-Platinum level certification consultancy project experience for public building project since January 1, 2020. (Need to provide essential pages of contract and electronic LEED certificate of the project). From January 1st , 2020 to present, The consulting company shall have at least one completed consulting service project with China Green Building Three-Star Certification since January 1, 2020. Copies of the consulting service contract and the China Green Building Three-Star Certificate shall be provided.
