This Request For Proposals Is An Invitation By British Columbia Assessment Authority (“Bc Assessment”) To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For Incident Response Services And Digital Forensics Services (The “Services”) Under A Retainer Model, As Set Out In Appendixd And Elsewhere In The Rfp. The Purpose Of The Rfp Is To Select A Vendor Who Will Ensure Rapid And Reliable Access To Experienced Incident Response Professionals, With Skewed Knowledge On Forensics Analysis Coupled With Forensic Tools In The Event Of A Cybersecurity Incident, As Well As Proactive Support For Incident Preparedness, Response Planning, And Post-Incident Analysis.Services Include Remote And On-Site Technical Response, Executive Advisory Support, Digital Forensics And Evidence Preservation, Compromise And Root Cause Analysis, Malware And Threat Investigation, Log And Network Packet Analysis, And Remediation Guidance. The Selected Proponent Will Deliver Services That Enhance Bc Assessment’S Ability To Detect, Contain, And Recover From Cyber Threats Efficiently, While Minimizing Operational Disruption And Organizational Risk.
