An Information System To Be Developed For Aggregating, Processing And Publishing Data In The Field Of Culture. The Purpose Of The Development Procurement Is To Promote The Data-Based Policy-Making And Management Capabilities Of The Ministry Of Culture And To Improve The Availability And Reusability Of Open Data In The Field Of Culture. As A Result Of The Public Procurement, The Ministry Of Culture Will Conclude A Framework Contract With One Provider. The Total Duration Of The Service Period Of The Framework Contract Is 48 Months And Consists Of Detailed Analysis, Development And Maintenance And Administration Service Phases. The Specific Durations Of The Stages Are Specified On The Basis Of The Detailed Schedule Drawn Up By The Tenderer. The Offered Service Must Meet The Non-Functional Requirements Of The Kum Administrative Area (Appendix 5) And The Technological Profile Of The Kum Administrative Area (Appendix 6).
