Assignment Description Enexis Has Drawn Up This Selection Guide To Select A Maximum Of 4 Candidates For The Second Round (Award Phase) Who Are Able To Carry Out The Aforementioned Assignments In 1 - 2 And 3: From January 2027, With Approximately 7,426 Employees, To Carry Out A Preventive Medical Examination, Targeted Preventive Research And Biological Monitoring, Furthermore As A Pmo - Combination Pmo/Gpo/Bm At Enexis And Its Affiliated Companies. From January 2029, Only A Combination Pmo/Gpo/Bm With +/- 2116 Employees (So No Office Employees) Will Be Carried Out At Enexis And Its Affiliated Companies With The Same Execution And Planning As In 2027. All Separate Inspections* That Must Be Carried Out After Completion Of The Assignment In This Tender Of Employees Who Are Newly Employed By Enexis Or In The Meantime To Be Carried Out Until After Completion Of The Next Tender In 2031. * This Separate Inspections Are Carried Out At The Location Of The Awarded Tenderer Within A Distance Of 40 Km From The Relevant Enexis Location Where The Employee Is Employed And/Or Works. Enexis Is Looking For A Reliable And Expert Partner Who Will Provide Enexis With Professional Advice And Support In The Pmo And Combination Pmo/Gpo/Bm In Accordance With Current Legislation And Regulations At Reasonable Costs. It Is Also Important That The Candidate Realizes An Improvement In Quality And Continuity With Regard To The Inspections Of Persons. In Addition, It Is Very Important That The Candidate Guarantees That No Data Leaks Can Occur And That The Candidate Can Guarantee That We Receive The Employee Inspection Data Safely From Enexis In Accordance With The Privacy Legislation. As Far As Possible, The Inspections Take Place In Enexis Office Buildings. Where This Is Not Possible, We Will Look Together At An Alternative Inspection Location. Enexis Employees Are Not Evenly Distributed Across The Locations. To Give The Candidate An Indication Of The Distribution, An Overview Has Been Made Of The Numbers Of Employees Per Location/Branch. The Inspections In 2027 And 2029 Must Be Carried Out Consecutively And Simultaneously At At Least 2 Locations Throughout The Country. The Inspections At The Enexis Location Take Place From Monday To Friday Between 8:00 Am And 5:00 Pm. If, For Whatever Reason, Employees Cannot Be Present On The Planned Inspection Dates, They Will Still Be Inspected At Another Enexis Location After Consultation. If This Is Not Possible, The Candidates Location Will Be Moved To Before The Set End Date And Within A Radius Of 40 Km From The Relevant Enexis Location. Enexis Attaches Great Importance To The Fact That There Is A Permanent Staff Present During The Period That The Candidate Is Inspecting At A Location, For Both The Pmo And The Combination Pmo/Gpo/Bm. It Is Important That The Composition Guarantees That A Good Picture Can Be Formed Of The Local Branch And Tailor-Made Advice Is Provided.
