Banedanmark Expects To Offer One Or More Contracts Regarding Maintenance And Preparedness Of Traffic Information Systems And Physical Network In 3/4. Quarter Of 2026. In Order To Ensure That The Tender Procedure And The Contract(S) Are Drawn Up Optimally For Both Banedanmark And The Future Supplier(S), Banedanmark Wishes To Engage In A Market Dialogue With Potential Bidders. The Contract(S) Are Thought To Cover The Following Services: - 1) Maintenance And Readiness Of Banedanmarks Nationwide Traffic Information System, Which Includes Loudspeakers, Clocks, Screens And Platform Monitoring. The Supplier Must Ensure Stable Operation Of The Traffic Information System Through Services Such As 24/7 Fault Correction, Preventive Maintenance, Repairs And Reporting. The Supplier Must Be Able To Correct Errors 24/7 Onsite Throughout Denmark. - 2) Maintenance And Preparedness Of The Nationwide Network Infrastructure. The Network Infrastructure Is Primarily Based On Fiber Cables, But Also Copper Cables And Network Equipment From Several Different Manufacturers, Including Cisco And Nokia. The Supplier Must Be Able To Correct Errors 24/7 Onsite Throughout Denmark.
