The City Of Rauma Requests Phase 1 Of The Work For The New Football Stadium Of The Rauma Äijänsuo Sports Center In Accordance With This Call For Tenders And Its Attached Documents. The Scope Of The Contract Is The Work Of Phase 1 Of The New Äijänsuo Football Stadium And The Removal Of The Artificial Turf Of The Current Football Stadium. In The Contract, The Existing Natural Grass Soccer Field Will Be Converted Into An Artificial Grass Field. In The First Phase, The Contractor Will Focus On Excavation And Earthworks, As Well As Related Lvias Works, As Well As Field Surfacing (Artificial Turf) For The New Field. The Removal Of The Existing Football Stadium Covering Includes The Removal Of The Artificial Turf, Crumb Rubber And The Molded Elastic Rubber Layer. In Addition, The Contract Includes The Emptying And Removal Of The Heating Pipes On The Field, As Well As The Filling/Leveling Of The Pipe Trenches. The Condition For Submitting The Offer Is To Participate In The Target Display Arranged By The Customer, Either On Wednesday 8 April 2026 Or Thursday 9 April 2026 From 9:00 To 11:00. The Work Of Phase 1 Is To Be Completed For The New Field By 31.11.2026 And The Old Work Related To The Removal Of Artificial Grass No Later Than 30 April 2027.
