The Contractor Is Responsible For The Elevator Installation Obligations, Site Services And Deliveries According To Yse 1998. The Scope Of The Work Is Presented In The Tender Documents. The Contract Is Implemented As A Turnkey Delivery. Prerequisites For Submitting A Bid: - The Bidder Must Offer The Entire Acquisition Including Helsingin Yliopistokinteistöt Oy And Kiinteistö-Oy Viikinmansios Acquisition Targets With The Requested Option, Option, And Unit Prices. - The Bidder Must Meet The Eligibility And Suitability Requirements Set By The Customer. - The Tenderer Has Previous Experience In The Entity Corresponding To The Procurement In The Form Of References (Information Is Entered) - The Tender Request Must Be Submitted In Accordance With This Request For Tender And Its Attached Documents - The Tenderer Must Attach To His Tender The Attachments Requested In The Tender Request - The Developer Requires That The Tenderer Has Familiarized Himself With The Construction Sites Before Submitting The Tender. The Bidder Can Get To Know The Construction Sites On Their Own Or On A Jointly Organized Site Tour. The Destination Tour Will Start On April 1, 2026 At 8 A.M. At Haartmaninkatu 3, Helsinki.
