With This Request For Tenders, Lahti Tilakeskus Is Looking For Framework Arrangement Partners For Paving And Earthworks. All Units Operating With The City Of Lahtis Y Code (0149669–3) Can Use This Service. The Procurement Includes Asphalting Of Property Yards, Stonework, Asphalt Markings, Traffic Signs And Signs, Earthworks, Additions To Surface Structures And Green Work In Accordance With The Reports And Tender Documents. The Procured Works Are Mainly Small Or Minor Maintenance And Upkeep Works As Well As Repair And Modification Works, The Duration And Extent Of Which Vary Depending On The Site. The Works Are Mainly Performed By The Hour. In Accordance With The Procurement Documents, The Customer Can Also Use Simplified Tendering Between The Contractual Partners. The Contractor Must Commit To The Fact That Some Of The Work Can Be Subordinated As A Subordinate Side Contract To Other Contracts Commissioned By The Client.
