The Procurement Includes, Among Other Things, Paving, Paving Patching And Milling Works In Accordance With The Annual Paving Program In Various Parts Of The City. The More Detailed Content And Scope Of The Procurement Are Presented In The Tender Documents And The Attached Paving Program. The Procurement Includes One (1) One (1) Year Option. The Use Of The Option Is Agreed Separately By The Subscriber At Least Three (3) Months Before The Possible Option Is Implemented. The Option Is About The Right, Not The Obligation, Of The Customer. The Customer Reserves The Right To Extend The Contract Period Of The Procurement Under The Previous Conditions Until The Procurement Decision Of The Next Tender Has Gained Legal Force.
