The City Of Lappeenranta Is Requesting An Offer From You For The Roadway Marking Works (Hot Compound And Paint Markings) For The Years 2026 And 2027 As A Total Contract At A Unit Price In Accordance With The Following Tender Documents On The Attached Tender Form (= Quantity And Unit Price List And Tender Form Document). With Responsibilities. The Offer Must Be Submitted Using The Attached Quantity And Unit Price List And Offer Form Document, Following Its Instructions. The Prices Must Include E.G. All The Work Required For The Marking Works, Including Auxiliary Work, Materials And Traffic Arrangements, As Presented In The Tender Documents (See The Contract Program Section Works And Procurements Included In The Contract And The Quantity And Unit Price List And The Instructions For The Tender Form Document). The Bid Prices Must Be Fixed Throughout The Contract Period. The Quantities Of Work Are Stated In The Quantity And Unit Price List And The Bid Form Document As Estimated Quantities, And The Comparison Of Bids Takes Place With The Stated Unit Quantities. The Indicated Quantities Are Indicative And Do Not Bind/Oblige The Purchasing Unit/Customer To Order Said Markings/Marking Work Or Quantities; Procurement Unit/ Customer Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase Quantities. See Also The Section Contract Procedure. The Customer Hands Over To The Contractor Work Site Lists And Work Site Maps, Which Show The Amount Of Work Included In The Contract For Each Work Site. The Data Release Schedule Is Agreed Upon At The Start-Up Meeting Of The Contract. The Location Measurement And Marking Of The Lane Line Is Performed By The Customer.
