The Building Site Is An Old Town Hall In The Center Of Pieksämäki In Etelä-Savo. The Construction Site Is Protected. In This Contract, The Facades And Water Ceiling Will Be Painted. A Restaurant Will Operate In The Building To Be Painted Throughout The Work. The Contract Includes All Completed Work With The Necessary Materials, Work Stages And Other Costs. No Amounts For The Replacement Of Wooden Parts Are Included In The Contract, But Are Considered Separately. The Customer Assigns The Contractor The Water And Electricity Connection And Pays For Them, But The Contractor Is Responsible For The Distribution Of Electricity At His Own Expense.
