The Earthworks Contractors Performance Obligation Includes The Earthworks Of The Betonitie Reuseable Waste Station In 2026 To The Extent Required By The Attached Contract, Other Contract Documents And Plan Documents. The Form Of The Contract Is A Complete Contract. The Basis Of Payment Is The Unit Prices According To The Contract. The Contractor, As The Main Contractor Mentioned In Yse 98 § 4, Is Responsible For The Management Duties Of The Construction Site And The Duties Of The Main Contractor Referred To In Vna 205/2009, And Is Responsible For The Site Services Presented In Yse 98 § 3 In Relation To The Customer. The Work Language Of The Procurement Is Finnish. The Time Limits Of The Contract Are Explained In More Detail In The Draft Contract Contract, The Contract Must Be Fully Completed With Handover Materials By 28 August 2026.
