Tenders Are Invited For Laboratory Services For The Lageso

The Client Issues Orders To The Contractor For Blood Collection And Laboratory Analysis In Accordance With The Following Specifications: The Persons To Be Examined Must Have The Opportunity To Appear At The Contractors Premises At Fixed Times Monday To Friday For Blood/Urine Collection (If Necessary With An Appointment Or With A Fixed Time Slot). For Blood Collection And Laboratory Analysis, The Client Specifies Standard Profiles In Accordance With The Appendix, Which Are Selected Individually For The Person To Be Examined And Are To Be Carried Out Accordingly By The Contractor. The Contractor Will Be Sent An Order/Lab Form For Each Person To Be Examined. The Person To Be Examined Receives A Cover Letter From The Client And The Laboratory Sheet, Which The Person To Be Examined Must Present To The Contractor. The Contractor Must Make Appointments With The Persons To Be Examined No Later Than Five Working Days After Receipt Of The Order.
