The Deadline For Installation, Commissioning And Training Of Personnel For Work Is The Deadline Proposed By The Participant, Which Cannot Be More Than 10 (Ten) Working Days After The Delivery. The Warranty Period Is The Period Proposed By The Relevant Participant, But Not Less Than 12 (Twelve) Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Handover Protocol For Installation, Commissioning. The Contracting Party Can Claim The Goods Within 12 (Twelve) Months From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract Source Of Funding: The Contracting Authority Will Use Its Own Funds/Income To Make The Payments Due Under The Concluded Contract. The Payment Will Be Made As Indicated In The Draft Agreement (Sample No. 4). When Using A Subcontractor For The Execution Of The Order, Payments Under The Contract Are Made In Compliance With The Conditions Of Art. 66 Of The Zop.
