The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: Conclusion Of Motorist Liability Insurance And Casco Insurance For The Vehicles Of The Nhif. 97 (Ninety-Seven) Company Cars Of The National Health Insurance Fund Are Subject To Insurance Under Both Types Of Insurance, With A Description Indicated In Appendix No. 1.1 - Table No. 1 And Appendix No. 1.2 - Table No. 2 To The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 Of The Public Procurement Documentation. 1. The Purpose Of The Compulsory Insurance Civil Liability Of Motorists Is To Provide Insurance Coverage For Events That Occur When Using The Official Cars/Motor Vehicles Of The Nhif, During The Performance Of All Tasks Related To The Provision Of Daily Activities. The Object Of Insurance Protection Under Compulsory Insurance Civil Liability Of Motorists Is The Civil Liability Of Motorists, The Civil Liability Of The Insured Individuals And Legal Entities For Property And Non-Property Damages Caused By Them To Third Parties, Related To The Possession And/Or Use Of Vehicles, For Which The Insured Are Responsible According To Bulgarian Legislation Or The Legislation Of The Country Where The Damage Occurred. 2. The Purpose Of Casco Insurance Is To Provide Insurance Coverage For Events That Occur During The Use Of The Official Vehicles Of The Nhif During And On The Occasion Of The Performance Of All Tasks Related To The Provision Of Daily Activities. The Object Of Insurance Protection Under Casco Insurance Are All Motor Vehicles, Individuals Or Legal Entities, With Registration Or Inventory Numbers Moving Under Their Own Power And Others, According To The Road Traffic Act. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Insure All 97 Cars, In The Event That Before The Date On Which A Particular Car Should Be Insured, The Contracting Authoritys Insurance Interest Ceases (In The Event Of Scrapping, Sale, Termination Of Registration, Etc.), In Which Case The Total Insurance Premium Due Under The Contract Is Reduced By The Amount Of The Individual Insurance Premium For The Relevant Car.
