Water Tower Refurbishment And Lighting Install . The City Of Fort Saskatchewan Is Seeking Proposals From Qualified Contractors For The Refurbishment Of The Water Tower. Work Will Generally Include, But Is Not Limited To: - Demolition And Removal Of An Existing Fixed Ladder. - Supply And Installation Of A New Fixed Ladder And Compatible Vertical Lifeline System. - Replacement And Repair Of Damaged Bracing Rods. - Supply And Installation Of A New Water Tank Vent Cover. - Repair Of Existing Foundation And Parging. - Repainting Of The Entire Existing Structure. - Localized Foundation Repairs To The Existing Heating House. - Supply And Installation Of Repairs To The Existing Flashing, Penetrations And Resheeting Of Building And Siding. - Installation Of New Lighting System. - Coordination With Providing Access To Other Contractors To Complete Other Related Water Tower Work.
