Provision Of Radiology Examination Services (Radiographs) (X-Ray), On An Urgent And Emergency Basis. The Contractor Must Provide 24-Hour Service To Carry Out Urgent And Emergency Exams Daily, Including Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays. The Services Must Be Complete With Radiography Device (Equipment), Technicians, Maintenance, Responsible Radiologist, Storage (Server) And All Other Responsibilities Inherent To The Service Provided, Such As Due Disposal Of Material, Protection Of The Team. 01 Radiologist Must Have The Title Of Specialist In Radiology And Imaging Diagnosis. The Exams Must Be Available Immediately After Completion, First On Screen And Whenever Requested, With A Printed Image And Report. The Contractor Must Have A Workstation (Image Viewing Anywhere On The Upa). Technical Assistance For The Equipment Will Be The Responsibility Of The Contractor, Who Must Respond To Calls Immediately After A Possible Defect In The Equipment Is Discovered. Equipment Registered With Anvisa. Material Must Be Available For Printing Up To 1,000 Exams Per Month. Prices Must Be Presented Including All Operating Costs Of Your Activity. Any Direct Or Indirect Taxes, Costs And Expenses, Omitted In The Proposal Or Incorrectly Quoted, Will Be Considered As Included In The Prices, And Requests For Additions Under Any Title Will Not Be Accepted.
