Provision Of Continuous Publication Services Of Official Acts Of The Municipal Council Of Borda Da Mata, In A Daily Newspaper With Wide Regional Circulation, Including, Dissemination In Electronic Media Or In Electronic And Printed Media, Ensuring Wide Publicity, Transparency And Effectiveness Of Administrative Acts.2The Services Must Cover, Without Limitation, The Publication Of The Following Contents Official:2.1Extracts Of Contracts, Price Registration Minutes, Additional Terms, Rescissions And Apostilles;2.2Agreements, Agreements And Similar Instruments;2.3Tender Notices, Exemptions, Unenforceability And Their Results;2.4Extracts And Notices Of Public Notices;2.5Other Legal And Administrative Acts Whose Disclosure Is Required By Law Or Determined By The Administration.3 Publications Must Strictly Comply With: 3.1 Current Legislation, Especially Law No. 14,133/2021; 3.2 Legal Deadlines And Those Established By The City Council; Public And Date Of Publication.4.The Contractor Will Be Responsible For All Means Necessary To Execute The Service, Including:4.1Receipt Of Material To Be Published;4.2Layout, When Necessary;4.3Publication Within The Requested Deadline;4.4Provision Of Proof Of Publication, In Digital Or Physical Format, Capable Of Instructing Administrative Processes And Prove The Regularity Of The Acts.5All Direct And Indirect Costs, Including Taxes, Charges, Logistics And Any Republications Arising From An Error Attributable To The Contractor, Must Be Fully Included In The Contracted Value.6For The Purposes Of This Contract, A Newspaper With A Large Circulation Is Considered To Be One With Regular Publication, At Least From Monday To Friday, With A Minimum Daily Circulation Of 10,000 (Ten Thousand) Copies, With Minimum Coverage, In T
