The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (Fma) Invites Tenderers To Participate In The Competition For A Framework Agreement For Development, Operation And Maintenance Services For The Norwegian Armed Forces Secure Platforms. The Aim Of The Procurement Is To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With Up To 3-5 Tenderers For Development Services To Support The Operation, Management And Further Development Of The Norwegian Defence ́S Secure Platforms (Fsp). The Procurement Will Be Carried Out As A Negotiated Procedure With Prequalification Of Tenderers.
