The Subject Of This Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works For The Investment Titled: Construction Of A High-Parameter Heating Network With A Network Water Pumping Station, For The Supply Of Heat From The Waste Thermal Conversion Installation In Opole At Podmiejska Street To The Eco S.A. Heating Network. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Design And Construction Of An Electricity Connection To The Pumping Station Building. Additionally, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Entire Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain The Right To Use Real Estate For Construction Purposes Along With Obtaining Consent To Regulate The Legal Status Of The Heating Infrastructure. The Contractor Provides A Guarantee And Warranty For Defects On The Completed Subject Of The Order For A Period Of 5 Years From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol For Construction Works.
