Gravel, Sand, Crushed Stone And Aggregates – Sand Deliveries For Hydraulic Backfill. 1. Subject Of The Order. 1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale And Delivery Of A Maximum Of 35,000 Tons Of Backfilling Sand For Class Ii Hydraulic Backfilling. 1.2. The Supplied Backfill Sand Should Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Pn-93/G-11010 Standard Or Equivalent Solutions. If The Contractor Offers Sand Delivery Referring To Solutions Equivalent To Those Contained In The Pn-93/G-11010 Standard, Instead Of This Standard, He Is Obliged To Indicate These Solutions In The Offer And Attach Documents Indicating The Equivalence Of The Offered Solutions. 1.3. The Delivered Sand Must Not Contain Visible Impurities Or Plant Parts, And In Winter The Sand Must Be Loose. 1.4. The Ordering Party Will Consider The Following Sand Parameters To Be Equivalent When Other Aggregates/Sands With A Dominant Mineral Component, E.G. Carbonate, Granite, Meet All The Requirements For Typical Quartz Sands, In Particular Those That Meet The Requirements: 1) Water Permeability - At Least 0.002 Cm/S, 2) Content Of Grains With Dimensions Below 0.1 Mm - At Most 15%, 3) Largest Grain Size (Lumpy) - 60 Mm, 4) Compressibility At A Pressure Of 15 Mpa - At Most 7%, 5) Bulk Density (In The Loose State Of The Pen) - At Least 1.3 Kg/Dm3. 1.5. The Sand Delivered By The Contractor Will Serve The Ordering Party As A Raw Material For Backfill Mining Works In The Wieliczka Salt Mine And Will Be Transported To The Underground Workings Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine Using A Hydrotransport Installation. 1.6. For The Supplied Sand, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Documentation Of Tests Performed By A Scientific Unit Within The Meaning Of Art. 2 Point 9 Of The Act Of April 30, 2010. On The Principles Of Financing Science, Confirming That The Sand Meets The Requirements Of Quality Class Ii, In Accordance With The Pn-93/G-11010 Standard Or Equivalent Solutions. 1.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With The Documentation Referred To Above, At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, Within 7 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Written Request. The Documentation May Be Presented In A Copy Certified By The Contractor As A True Copy Of The Original. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Make The Original Documentation Available For Inspection. 1.8. The Contractor Undertakes To Enable The Ordering Party To Perform Its Own Quality Control Of The Sand Delivered To The Ordering Party, Including: It Meets The Requirements Of Quality Class Ii In Accordance With The Pn-93/G-11010 Standard Or Equivalent Solutions. 1.9. If The Sand Does Not Meet The Requirements Referred To Above, The Ordering Party Will Be Entitled To Withdraw From The Contract. 2. Delivery Terms. 2.1. Terms Of Purchase And Delivery Of Sand: 1) Sand Should Be Delivered By Self-Unloading Cars Or Cars With Self-Unloading Semi-Trailers At The Contractors Expense. 2) Loading And Unloading Of Sand Should Take Place At The Contractors Expense. 3) Maximum Daily Sand Delivery Quantity: Up To 500 Tons
