The Contract For The Long-Term Lease Of Passenger Vehicles For The Following Specific Quantities: • Type: A - Senior Management (Basic); 1 Piece • Type: B - Combi+Diesel+Automatic (Basic); 8 Pieces • Type: B - Kombi+Diesel+Automatic (Optional); 1 Piece • Type: C- Sedan+Petrol+Automatic (Basic); 4 Pieces • Type: C - Sedan+Petrol+Automatic (Optional); 3 Pieces • Type: D - Sedan+Petrol+Manual (Basic); 3 Pieces • Type: E - Light Commercial Vehicle (Optional); 9 Pieces • Type: F- Commercial Vehicle (Optional); 1 Piece Frame Amount: Huf 365,713,585. The Tenderer Undertakes To Draw 50% Of The Frame Amount. The Bidder Must Provide New, Defect- And Damage-Free, Unrepaired Motor Vehicles Put On The Market In Hungary. The Winning Tenderer Is Obliged To Provide A So-Called Backup Vehicle To The Bidder Until The Date Of Delivery/Handover Of The New Vehicles According To The Conditions Specified In The Technical Description And The Draft Contract. In The Case Of Motor Vehicles, The Calculation Must Be Made For A 36-Month Term And A Mileage Of 90,000 Km/36 Months. The Tenderer Means The Following By A New Vehicle: In This Public Procurement Procedure, The Car Is Considered To Be In New Condition, No Part Of Which Has Been Repaired, Without Defects Or Damage, The Tenderer Has Placed (Placed) It On The Market In Hungary On The Basis Of The Contract Concluded After The Conduct Of This Public Procurement Procedure, The Car Has Not Been A Demonstration Car Neither In Hungary Nor Abroad, Nor Has It Been Used As A Test Vehicle. The Draft Contract Contains All Additional Services That The Winning Bidder Must Provide. Such Tasks Include: Fleet Management Services Include: A. Administration Of Insurances (Casco, Compulsory Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance), B. Full Insurance Administration Of Damage Events, C. Maintenance And Service Services, D. Assistance (Emergency Service) Service E. Organization Of Winter-Summer Tire Changes, Tire Maintenance And Repair, F. Pick-Up Service, G. Category Identical Replacement Car Insurance. H. Provision And Organization Of Driving Training The Vehicles Delivered By The Lessor Must Comply With The Provisions Of The Legislation Listed Below During The Entire Duration Of The Contract:  5/1990 On The Technical Inspection Of Road Vehicles. Köhém Decree.  1/1990 On The Personal And Material Conditions Of The Vehicle Maintenance Activity. (Ix. 29.) Khvm Decree.  The Tires Must Comply With The 6/1990. (Iv.12.) As Defined In The Köhém Regulation And In Regulation 2020/740 Of The European Parliament And The Council On The Labeling Of Tires With Regard To Fuel Efficiency And Other Relevant Parameters.
