The Object Of The Agreement Is The Provision Of Consultant Services To Monitor And Control The Progress Of The Implementation Of Projects And Actions Of The Administration And The Departments Of The Ministry Of Transport, Communications And Works And To Promote Their Timely And Rational Implementation As Follows: 1. Administration 2. Department Of Public Works 3. Department Of Road Transport, Including The Department Of Public Passenger Transport 4. Department Electro-Mechanical Services 5. Department Of Civil Aviation 6. Department Of Postal Services The Contractor Will Operate As An Independent Staff Monitoring Body, Tasked With Checking Schedules, Monitoring The Absorption Of Funds, Submitting Recommendations. The Scope Covers All Projects, Regardless Of Funding Source (National Resources, Co-Financed, Eu, Etc.).
