Prior Information Notice For Public Road Transport Services - Direct Award Of Passenger Transport Services With Motor Vehicles In Regular Services On Lines 40 And 44 In The Ravensburg District In Accordance With Art. 5 Para. 4 Regulation 1370/2007. The District, As The Responsible Body And Responsible Authority In Accordance With Section 6 Paragraph 1, 3 Öpnvg Bw In Conjunction With Section 8A Pbefg And Article 2 Lit Pbefg To Be Awarded. The Award Is Made By Direct Award In Accordance With Article 5 Paragraph 4 Of Regulation 1370/2007 For The Period Specified In Section 5.1.3. The Direct Award Serves To Bridge The Gap And Ensure An Orderly Transition To A Europe-Wide Competition Procedure For Lines 40 And 44. The Subject Of The Intended Ödla Is The Public Passenger Transport Services On Lines 40 And 44. The Transport Services Included At The Start Of Operations (See Section 5.1.3.) Are Described In The Supplementary Document (See Section 2.1.4.). In Total, According To The Current Planning Status, The Transport Services To Be Awarded Amount To Around 140,000 Timetable Kilometers Per Year. This Is A Regular Service In Accordance With Section 42 Pbefg, Which Is Awarded As A Total Service. The Operator Must Comply With The Requirements Of The Baden-Württemberg State Tariff Compliance And Minimum Wage Act (Ltmg). In Particular, The Relevant And Representative Collective Agreements (Tvn-Bw) Must Be Adhered To. The Operator And Its Subcontractors And Rental Companies, Insofar As These Are Known Before The Order Is Placed, Must Submit The Required Declarations Of Commitment In Accordance With Sections 3 Paragraphs 3 And 4 Ltmg Before The Order Is Placed. With This Prior Information, The District Complies With The Publication Obligation According To Section 8A Paragraph 2 Pbefg In Conjunction With Article 7 Paragraph 2 Regulation 1370/2007. This Prior Information Also Constitutes An Announcement In Accordance With Section 135 Paragraph 3 Sentence 1 No. 2 Gwb. The Contract Will Be Awarded Without Prior Publication Of A Separate Contract Announcement In The Eu Official Journal Because The Direct Award Requirements Are Met.
