Stavanger Municipality Will Enter Into Framework Agreements With Up To 3 Tenderers In Prioritised Order, Provided That The Tenderers Are Qualified In Relation To The Requirements Set In The Procurement And That The Tenders Are Financially Justifiable. Sola Municipality And Randaberg Municipality Shall Both Enter Into A Framework Agreement With Tenderer Ranked No. 1 In The Competition.
