Over The Duration Of The Framework Contract, The Partner (Contract Winner) Will Guarantee The Constitution Of The Various Operating Kits, Their Scalability (Both In Terms Of Quality And Quantity, But Also In Their Composition), Their Traceability, Etc. The Objective Of The Present Procedure Is To Select The Bidder Who Will Be The Exclusive Partner Of The Hfr, For The Supply Of Operating Kits, Over A Contractual Period Of Maximum 5 Years (60 Months), 4 Years (48 Months) Fixed With A Possible Renewal Of 1 Contractual Year (12 Months). In Order To Transcribe, As Clearly As Possible, The Needs Of Each Specialty (Independently Of The Sites), The Contracting Authority Decided To Describe Its Needs Using An Excel File, The Latter Being Found In The Tender Dossier.
