The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Permanent Physical Security Services On The Property Under The Permanent Management Of The Ministry Of Development And Technology Located At Pl. Trzech Krzyży 3/5 In Warsaw. 2. Detailed Information Regarding The Description, Scope And Conditions Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz And Designed Provisions Of The Contract That Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Concluded Contract (Together With Annexes) Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 3. Additional Requirements Of The Ordering Party Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Regarding The Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 95/Art. 96 Section 2 Point 2 Of The Act: 3.1. The Ordering Party Requests That, During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Or Subcontractor Employs Persons Participating In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Only On The Basis Of An Employment Contract, Full-Time Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended). The Above Provision Does Not Apply To Security Staff Members Of The Intervention Group And Security Coordinators. 3.2. Detailed Regulations Regarding: The Method Of Verifying The Employment Of The Above-Mentioned Persons, The Employers Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Related To The Employment Of The Above-Mentioned Persons. Persons And Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Have Been Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Concluded Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Services Covered By The Subject Of The Order Be Provided By A Contractor With A Current Iso 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate Or Equivalent For The Provision Of Security Services. Attention! In The Event Of A Joint Application Of Contractors For The Award Of The Above-Mentioned Contract. The Condition Will Be Considered Met If At Least One Of The Contractors Jointly Applying For The Contract Has The Certificate Required Above And Is Also A Contractor Directly Implementing The Subject Of The Contract.
