Description Of The Subject: 1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Operational Service And Remove Failures And Repairs In Gas Boiler Rooms, Along With 24-Hour Emergency Service - A Total Of 50 Gas Boiler Rooms And 43 Heating Stations And Located In Residential And Office Buildings, Located In Wrocław, Owned By The Ordering Party. The Contractors Responsibilities Include Comprehensive Service, Operation, Maintenance And Control Of The Operation Of Gas Boiler Rooms And Heat Distribution Centers, Including In Particular: 1. Supervision Of The Operation Of Devices, O Control Of The Operation Of Boilers, Burners And Their Parameters, O Adjustment Of Settings And Automation (Including Weather Controllers), O Control Of The Operation Of The Central Heating Installation. And Domestic Hot Water Along With Circulation. 2. Seasonal Service O Preparation Of The Installation For The Heating Season, O Ongoing Service During The Heating Season, O Shutdown And Maintenance Of The Installation After The Season. 3. Maintenance And Technical Inspections O Maintenance Of Boilers, Burners, Fittings, Pumps And Associated Equipment, O Cleaning Of Filters, Desilters And Other Elements Of The Installation, O Control And Maintaining The Efficiency Of Valves (Including Safety And Shut-Off Valves), O Checking The Tightness Of The Installation And The Condition Of Insulation, O Inspection Of Expansion Vessels, Heat Exchangers And Venting And Drainage Devices. 4. Operating Installations And Utilities - Replenishing Water In The Installation, Operating Water Treatment Plants And Checking Water Quality, And Maintaining The Patency Of Installations And Pipes. 5. Electrical Installations And Automation O Control Of The Operation Of Automation, Control And Measurement Equipment And Systems (E.G. Asbig), O Control Of The Electrical Installation And Anti-Shock Protection. 6. Maintenance Of Infrastructure O Inspection Of Chimney And Ventilation Ducts, O Maintenance Of Anti-Corrosion Protection, O Maintaining Cleanliness Of Rooms And Efficiency Of Lighting. 7. Repairs And Troubleshooting O Ongoing Removal Of Faults That Do Not Require Replacement Of Devices, O Replacement Of Consumables (E.G. Seals, Filters, Nozzles), O Diagnosing Faults And Reporting Them To The Ordering Party Within The Required Deadlines. 8. Documentation And Reporting O Keeping Operating Books, O Preparing Reports On Inspections And Service Work, O Recording Installation Operating Parameters. 10. Other Duties • Performing Activities In Accordance With The Manufacturers Technical Documentation And Applicable Regulations, • Carrying Out Other Operational Works At The Request Of The Ordering Party (E.G.
