The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract For Services Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Contract For The Execution Of Service Repairs Of Superstructures, Buildings And The Construction Of Box-Type Ambulances Of All Currently Operating Manufacturers Kov, Baus At And Variel, Which Is Used By The Contracting Authority. This Is The Performance Of Post-Warranty Or Out-Of-Warranty Service Of Purpose-Built Superstructures, Structures And Vehicle Installations, Including The Provision Of Safety Technical Inspections (Btk) Of Transport Equipment, Revision Of Electrical Wiring And Medical Gas Distributions Of Superstructures, Structures And Structures, Etc. More Detailed Conditions Of Performance Are Defined In More Detail In The Binding Text Of The Framework Contract For The Performance Of Service Repairs Of Purpose-Built Structures, Structures And Structures Of Box Type Ambulances (Appendix No. 3 Zd) And In Specification And Current Overview Of The Vehicle Fleet (Appendix No. 4 Zd). In Addition, The Supplier Shall Indicate In Appendix No. 5 Zd The Possibility Of Continuous Use Of A Means Of Transport, Which Will Correspond To The Possibility Of Transporting All Of The Contractors Vehicles With Superstructures, Constructions And The Construction Of Ambulances From The Manufacturers Kov, Baus At And Variel. The Supplier Shall Submit A Plain Copy Of The Document That Will Confirm The Possibility Of Continuously Using The Means Of Transport Throughout The Performance Of The Public Order (Can Be Done Through A Subcontractor) - E.G. A Plain Copy Of The Ownership Document Or The Contract With The Subcontractor Or The Rental Agreement, From Which This Fact Will Emerge. The Contracting Authority Recommends Submitting This Document As Part Of The Submitted Offer. Before The Conclusion Of The Contract, The Selected Supplier May Be Asked By The Contracting Authority To Demonstrate To The Contracting Authoritys Contact Persons On A Pre-Arranged Date And Prove That It Has The Required Min. 6 Pieces Of External Charging Sockets To Verify Compatibility With Existing Sockets In Ambulances, In The Event That A Different Type Of External Charging Sockets Will Be Offered Than The One Listed In Appendix No. 5 Zd. The Contracting Authority Currently Has Ambulance Vehicles, The Current Overview Of Which Is Given In Appendix No. 4 Of The Zd. During The Entire Period Of Performance, The Client Requires The Provision Of The Subject Of Performance With The Use Of New, Original Spare Parts. In The Event That The Supplier Wants To Use Spare Parts Produced By Independent Manufacturers, Which Will Be At Least Equivalent In Quality To Original Spare Parts (Parts Approved For Initial Production), He Is Obliged To Inform The Client Of This Fact In Advance In Writing, And The Client Has The Right To Refuse The Use Of Such A Spare Part. Further Requirements For Ensuring The Required Service Are Specified In The Document Price List And Detailed Specifications Of Services Provided By The Contractor (Appendix No. 5 Zd).
