For The Osnabrück District Center, Which Was Built In The Early 1980S, It Was Determined That The Building Needed To Be Extensively Renovated, Resulting From Changed Requirements For The Building Or Changed Legal Framework Conditions And Regulations. The Osnabrück District Is Therefore Planning A Comprehensive Renovation And Modernization Of Its District Headquarters. The Implementation Of This Construction Measure Is Divided Into Four Construction Phases And Is Carried Out At Different Times. The Main Services Are: * Approx. 270.00 M2 Dismantling Of Roof Sealing Including Covering * Approx. 270.00 M2 Of Roof Sealing * Approx. 50.00 M Of Parapet Cover * 3 Flat Roof Windows * Approx Bidder: * Annual Turnover Of The Last Three Years: At Least Eur 600,000 Per Year * Total Number Of Employees At The Time Of Submitting The Offer: At Least 5 * Reference Projects: At Least One Completed Reference Project With A Contract Value Of At Least Eur 200,000 (Net) And At Least Two Completed Reference Projects With A Contract Value Of At Least Eur 100,000 Each (Net).
