Technical Inspection And Testing Services – Inspection Of Cold Water Meters. The Helsinki Region Environmental Services Municipal Corporation (Hsy) Is Requesting Participation Applications And Preliminary Offers For Cold Water Meter Inspections To Be Performed Between June 1, 2026 And May 31, 2028. It Is Possible To Extend The Contract Period With Two Separate Option Periods From 1 June 2028 To 31 May 2029 And 1 June 2029 To 31 May 2030. The Subscriber Decides On The Use Of Options Separately For Both Years No Later Than Four (4) Months Before The Start Of The Relevant Option Period. The Option Refers To The Possibility Of Extending The Contract Under The Original Conditions.
