Report On Transboundary Impact, Assessment Report On The Compatibility Of The Ip With The Subject And Conservation Objectives Of The Protected Areas Of The Natura 2000 Network, Determined By The Competent Authority And Non-Technical Summary; - Ensuring The Necessary Organization And Assistance During The Consultations, Assessment, Public Discussions And Approval Of The Eia; - Minutes Of The Meetings For The Public Discussions, Preparation Of Written Opinions On The Proposals, Recommendations, Opinions And Objections Received As A Result Of The Public Discussions, Preparation Of A Report Summarizing All Opinions Received After The Conclusion Of The Public Discussions; - Provision Of Translation (Oral And Written) From And Into English And Romanian, When Conducting Public Discussions, As Well As Translation Of Contract Developments, Opinions, Protocols, Etc. Documents; - Provision Of An Additional Copy Of The Report, A Translation Of All Or Part Of It Into The Language Of The Country/Countries Identified As Affected In A Cross-Border Context, If This Is Agreed Between The Competent Authorities Of The Countries, As Well As A Translation Of The Non-Technical Summary; - Participation And Assistance In The Conduct Of The High Expert Environmental Council (Hec) For Decision-Making On The Eia.
