The Object Of The Contract Is The Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of An Electronic Road Safety Enhancement System In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law 5256/2025, With The Operation Of Digital Cameras For The Detection Of Traffic Violations For The Collection And Visualization Of Data And The Additional Recording And Analysis Of Conditions Of The Road Network And Of The Traffic Movement Of The Athens Basin, Regarding The Conditions In Which The Vehicles Of The O.S.Y. Move. M.A.E. In This Context, To Facilitate The Decision-Making By The Competent Authorities As Well As The Collection And Sending To The Competent Body Automatically Of Driving Violations Without Any Intervention Or Analysis On The Part Of Osy. M.A.E., As Well As For The Analysis Of Traffic Flow By Recording Data On Traffic Patterns And Bottlenecks, It Is Allowed To Take Images And Recordings From The Cameras Being Supplied And Installed. The System Will Utilize State-Of-The-Art Digital Cameras And Data Analysis Technologies, Artificial Intelligence And Motion Detection Sensors. With The Use Of Technologies Such As Iot Sensors, Real-Time Interconnection, Collection And Processing Of Big Data (Big Data), Analysis Through Artificial Intelligence Will Be A Critical Tool For Understanding, Designing And Optimizing The Operation Of Osy Vehicles. M.A.E. The Tender In Question Is Carried Out After A Pilot Program For Recording And Certifying Violations With The Same Technology And Software Has Been Carried Out, For Which The Required Impact Studies On The Protection Of Personal Data, As Well As On Fundamental Rights Due To The Use Of Artificial Intelligence Software, Have Been Prepared. Thus, Osy Has Already Initiated The Relevant Procedures To Ensure Any Required Additional Measures In Relation To Compliance With The Legislation On The Protection Of Personal Data (Employees And Third Parties, Citizens) And On The Use Of Artificial Intelligence Software. The Present Tender Aims To Create An Electronic System With The Aim Of Creating A Modern And Effective Mechanism For The Direct Detection And Recording Of Violations Of The Road Traffic Code (K.O.K., 5209/2025, A 100) In Public Traffic Areas, Through Recording Systems With Cameras In Order To Modernize The Process Of Certifying Traffic Violations With The Use Of Digital Media And, In Particular, With Creation Of A Single National Information System, Which, Utilizing The Necessary Interoperability And Special Interfaces, Accelerates The Process At All Stages: From The Detection Of The Traffic Violation To The Final Payment Of The Fine, In Zero Times According To The Standards Of Other European Countries.
